Day 4: A Week of Styling Mid-Length Hair - The Tools

Day four! Hope you've enjoyed a week dedicated to mid-length hair, if you've missed any catch up on it all by following this link. Also, if you've not seen my new YouTube tutorials, go take a look - and give my channel a subscribe. Lots more to come!
Having the right hair tools can really help when styling and looking after hair, I've been using this group of products and hair helpers quite a lot recently - and from washing to styling hair up they've all made sure my mid-length hair looks alright.
First up, if you like putting your hair up but hate the look of seeing hairbands - especially if you doing smaller braids or sectioning hair, then these little bands from ASOS are great. Clear, small and easy to use they don't show in hair, no matter what your colour. After washing my hair, I've been detangling with the Wet Brush. It's brilliant, no pulling at hair and I've definitely seen an improvement in hair shedding. Next up, I've been spraying some UNITE BEACH Day Texturising Spray through my hair - concentrating on roots for some lift. It's a great texturising spray - and doesn't have that 'product overload' feel in the hair. Finally, I section parts of my hair randomly and use my Cloud Nine straightening iron to smooth and wave through my hair, giving a textured 'Caroline Flack' inspired finish, with my grown out fringe teased into shape, and some volume added to the crown with the boar bristle backcombing brush.
What do you love using on your hair? Any favourite products, or must-have hair tools?
