Review: Hairaisers Live it Loud Hairpiece

My hair is shorter than it has been for a few years, and I'm loving the low maintenance styling and faster blowdry in the mornings, however I get a pang of jealously looking at long haired celebs - wishing I could copy their styles. That's where Hairaisers come in. Thanks to the Live it Loud hairpiece* I can achieve any style I want easily and when I'm fed up with long hair - it just goes back in the box.
The Live it Loud hairpiece is a premium high heat fibre (not human hair) clip on 3/4 wig, available in a straight or curly style. It can be heat styled and washed (following instructions on the site) and is really easy to use - and there has to be a colour to suit most hair! You can get a colour match from Hairaisers if you are worried about choosing the right one. The hairpiece is stitched onto combs in a durable lace cap which you attach around your head, then blend front sections of hair to hide any 'joins' Adam Reed has got a great tutorial on the Hairaisers site.
I found the hairpiece really easy to attach, and it stays put once in - there is even a elasticated toggle which you can adjust to fit tightly around your head - and create a ponytail look. I thought for showing you how the hairpiece looks on, I'd leave it straight, but you can wave the hairpiece to blend even better with your hair, I have some lighter pieces underneath my hair and at the front, but I don't think these made it look bad. I love how easy it is to get long hair, and will be using this in an upcoming tutorial on YouTube.
You can pick yours up from the Hairaisers site for £34.99 inc delivery - as an observation, how much does the model on the box look like Kim K?! You can get 20% off any style or colour of Live it Loud wigs by using KELLY20 on the site - not that I'm enabling or anything...
