Festival Freshen up at the Vanity Van

Dry shampoo is a festival must if you can't get a shower. Luckily for festival goers of Glastonbury 2014, the Vanity Van had arrived, offering styling, manicures and even massages for the masses. I popped along for a Batiste Dry Hair Styling and have to say I was impressed at this portable salons offerings.

Taking over 800 appointments the Vanity Van was a styling haven for those who spent the week at the site battling ALL elements. The DIY Stations were a great idea, letting you wash and style yourself for a freshen up using hair hero Batiste. I had the Batiste Conditioning Mist which contains Argan Oil applied by my stylist, as part of the appointment, which definitely brought my frazzled festival hair back to life. And Tom commented on how lovely my hair smelt. Not bad at a festival!
Now for me a festival is all about music and having fun, and I'm not overly precious about my hair, make up or whether I'm covered in mud. But I have to admit it was nice to get a little pamper whilst having fun, and it was a little calm oasis in a loud, hustling bustling crazy place.
If you are heading the a festival, why not have a little look on the Vanity Van website for more info about where they are heading next.
