Bath & Bloody Marys

I got to spend a bit of my time with my beautiful sister Crystal at the weekend. A flyby visit to the West Country to do some bridal hair meant I got the opportunity to enjoy a sunny day in Bath. The family home is about 25 minutes away from the city, so over the years I've spent many a weekend there. It's changed loads, but still retained the beautiful buildings, and the bustling, vibrant feel that brings thousands to visit.
We hit Wagamamas for lunch, and I shockingly went for something different from my usual Katsu Curry. There's a new dish in town. The Seafood Broth. A bowl full of flavour, I definitely recommend. Yum.
Then it was shopping, Primark has just opened in the high street, which will be, no doubt a hit with students living in the City. I picked up a printed summer dress, and then hit H&M for a few more 'essentials' And after shopping, it's only right you relax with a drink. I'd never been in Hall and Woodhouse before, but I'm SO glad Crystal recommended. It's amazing! We sat on the roof terrace for a pigeon-eye-view of Bath and I had a very good Bloody Mary. They've become something of an addiction of late! I want to go back for dinner and have already told Tom all about the interior. Gorgeously done.
So that was the weekend, I'm back at home and with more time on my hands as I've now finished doing pub shifts. The 60 hour weeks were definitely stopping me from planning adventures and actually enjoying the house. Stay tuned for more! I have a craft project update and of course hair ramblings!
