The Dressing Table Freshen Up

I've had my dressing table a few years now, but I was never overly keen on the dark wood finish. When we moved into our new place, it looked even more out of place due to the light walls and natural wood floors. A little revamp was in order...
I picked up the Annie Sloan Chalk paint in Provence (£18.95) from Making the Best in Leighton Buzzard, along with a tester pot in Paloma and some clear wax to finish. Tom had kindly offered to paint the dressing table for me, and pop on the new knobs he'd bought me when we went to Brighton earlier this month.
I LOVE it. Tom painted the mirrors to match and I think it looks great. I'm going to hunt out a stool to paint the same, and upholster in a nice fabric but it's so lovely having my dressing table back and looking better than ever. First house project piece done! Thanks Tom.
