Review: Percy & Reed Perfectly Perfecting Wonder Balm

Percy & Reed are fast becoming one of my favourite hair brands. Their styling products are beautifully packaged, and do exactly what they should. I love the No Oil Oil, and the Bountifully Bouncy range is great for adding volume. But anyway! Back to the product in hand, the Percy & Reed Perfectly Perfecting Wonder Balm* (75ml £18)
The Wonder Balm is a hair primer, which means it'll prep hair for further styling, or just help calm hair in it's natural state. It promises to add more control, and a flawless finish. What I really like about the Wonder Balm is that it's light, and leaves hair feeling like there's no product in it, I really dislike the feeling when you've styled hair using a few different things and you can just feel the products in your hair. I find this calms frizz and flyaways when blowdrying, and defines curls with shine. The fragrance is fresh and clean and not overly perfumed. Definitely something I'd use for wedding hair due to it's lasting power.
It's easy to use, you just add a pump (or two dependent on hair length/texture) to your hair before blowdrying and styling. You can use it on dry hair for definition but I found I prefer a spray as distributing the product is never as easy as it looks!
It's also a really nice touch to have some super styling advice inside. With gorgeous curls, up do's and sleek looks - again illustrated beautifully. (I think it's Caroline Phillips who does the illustrations)
