LFW: Mark Fast A/W14 - Nick Irwin

London Fashion Week A/W14 is well and truly under way, and we've already seen some fantastic hair. Nick Irwin, Global Director for Catwalk by TIGI created disheveled perfection for the Mark Fast collection. The overall look was 'good girl gone bad'
To recreate follow these easy steps;
1. On dry hair, apply CATWALK by TIGI Session Series Salt Spray (£15.95) all over. Using the palms of both hands, press the product into the hair to create a dry, all-over texture.

2. Choose any area of the hair at random and begin braiding. Make sure to leave the end unfastened.

3. To add more texture, rough up the hair all over.

4. If needed, lightly coat with CATWALK by TIGI Session Series Work It Hairspray (£12.95)

To me it looks casual, and I love the texture running through the hair. It's great you can personalise with some braids or twist sections to create 'dreadlocks' Salt spray is a great product for this look as it really helps give the hair 'grit'

"The look that we created for Mark Fast’s AW14 collection is young and has definite attitude. It’s much dryer, has tons of texture and gives off the impression of being damaged from overstyling. Even though her style is carefree and lived in, we can’t forget that this girl’s good side shines through too so we’ve added a braid as a touch of roughed-up glamour.”
Nick Irwin, TIGI Global Creative Director
