The Great Gatsby at Sergio Giannasso, Covent Garden

The Great Gatsby has FINALLY reached cinemas in the UK and I went along to the Sergio Giannasso salon in Covent Garden so the stylists could work their magic to help me recreate the gorgeous 1920's styles seen in the film.
Sergio was on hand to teach us more about the 1920's look, with everything from make up tips to some fun facts about the 1920's look and how the ladies back then got the glamorous look. We all left with smokey, green coloured lids, and our cupids bow enhanced for that 1920's feel, and hair adorned with sparkly headbands.

I can't wait to go and see The Great Gatsby, I'm a huge fan of Baz Luhrmann so I know he'll have done magical things with the story. Promises to be a decadent, extravagant and beautiful film. Maybe I'll wear my hair in a 20's style and see if I can pick up my own Jay Gatsby...
Selfie in the toilets. Classy!
