Review: Lee Stafford Hair Growth Shampoo and Conditioner

As it's well documented through my blog, I am a massive fan of Lee Stafford's haircare range. Those pink bottles of hair happiness have helped my hair grow, glow and gain height.
So I was really excited about some new products being added. Hair Growth Shampoo and Conditioner. The Hair Growth Treatment has gone down a storm, with pots being sold on Ebay, and ladies (and a few gents) going mad in the aisles filling baskets with the tubs of nourishment, so it's fantastic news that he's added a shampoo and conditioner to the range. I was lucky enough to get my hands on some of the Pink stuff and have been trying it out.

The smell is as always marmite to many. I personally love it, and if you do, then the fragrance won't disappoint. I can only describe it as a masculine scent, but not overpowering.
Packaging is pink and proud as always, and the quirky lettering and phrases are present. But does it work as well as the hair growth treatment?
Well I'm not sure if the sun helped, but whilst using this on holiday and once I returned I think it has boosted my hair, it feels really soft, nourished and not dry in the slightest. My ends look neat and I think if used along with the hair growth treatment you'd definitely see benefit. So it hasn't given me Rapunzel locks, but my hair does feel strong and looks healthy from root to tip. I have also noticed less hair shedding which is a definite plus. I'm definitely going to repurchase, and if bought on the 3 for 2 offer Boots often do, the conditioner and treatment would go in my basket also!
The shampoo and conditioner are priced slightly higher than most high street brands (£6.99 in Boots) and I hope Lee decides to release some Hair Growth "kits" in time for Christmas, as I think they'd go down a storm! I found the shampoo and conditioner lasted around three weeks (washing around 4 times a week, and being liberal with both)
Have you given this a go?
What's your top Lee Stafford product?

  5. A hair growth gift set would be perfect! Really want to try these products as I'm a huge fan of the treatment.
They do 2 for £8 quite often so it's definitely worth waiting for that offer to stock up.

  8. I don't really have a problem with the length of my hair - if anything I'd like it not to grow so fast!

  11. Thanks for a great review. I'm definitely keen to give this a go. My hair grows so slowly and I just want it to be a few inches longer to be perfect. If it would give it a little push in the right direction whilst making it healthier it would be a definite plus. Just not so keen on letting my brilliant brunette conditioner go. It is my absolute favourite!

  13. Numerous organic shampoo for thinning hair can certainly resolve the issue associated with lack of locks through replenishing essential nutrition as well as meats straight on to the actual head.
